Making homemade pho, originally uploaded by christopher575.

Had to improvise a bit. Hopefully it'll be decent.

A little broth cube from a box of four. Boiled up some noodles. Added some roast beef, thai basil, lemon juice, hoisin, and Sri Racha.

The cube was pretty good. The key ingredient in the broth is star anise. It was listed as "anistar" on there.
