cold prevention ramen

I cooked this up hoping to fight off a cold I may or may not be getting. It's beef flavored ramen and I've added the following:
- fresh mint
- lemon juice
- one whole egg
- curry chicken
- Sri Racha
- hoisin

It's pretty good, but has a very busy flavor.

I made sweet potatoes tossed in olive oil, garlic, thyme, and sea salt and pepper. Baked at 450 for 20 minutes. It is very likely one of the yummiest things I have ever made.

When I'm fighting off a cold, I do canned chicken noodle, spiked with a fuckton of black pepper and crushed/chopped fresh garlic. Like crazy amounts of both. The last spoonful is all pepper and garlic.

Does it help? I think it clears my sinuses for a little while, at least.

I think the main thing is just feeling like I've concocted some magical, medicinal chicken soup. And you look like you've succeeded on that front. :)

I make the same thing, but add jalapeno peppers as well.

That shit def cleans out your sinuses. Totally worth the "burning ring of fire" the next day.

G'MORNIN how do you feel today so far? :D You should consider getting ground cayanne pepper, taking a teaspoon of it and mixing it with a shot-glass filled with water (or apple juice) and shooting it back. It does wonders for sore throats (kills all bacteria and numbs the nerves that are being scratchy) plus it warms you up in a matter of minutes. Not only that but cayanne is very beneficial for the immune system AND bloodflow, so it's nothing but good times ahead.

Maybe take a tablespoon as I know you are not a pussy when it comes to spicy spicies in your mouth and digestive system. :D

You know what this is? It's that kind of cold that is so minor you don't even notice it, but when you go to bed it's torture because you can't breathe through your nose, so you spend the whole night waking up because your mouth dries out.

I actually am kind of a pussy when it comes to spices. I use them, but sparingly. I'm a delicate flower.
