If you can turn into any form of water (the universal solvent and perhaps one of the most dynamic substance in the universe) and your hooch can turn into any life form, then really the only limits on your powers are teamwork and your writer's imagination.
True, they can't fly or shoot laser beams but those are still spectacular powers.
Or perhaps I just have too much biology and physics stuck in my head.
