If this were a challenge on Top Chef, I might put palak paneer in little bitty quiche crusts and garnish with something pretty, like a decorative papadum crisp or something.

But yeah, not really a way to make it pretty in a scoopable-goop format.

hmm ive eaten a lot of indian food but never had chicken masala or palak paneer. i always go for mild curries and chana masala, and samosas, and gulab...

Palak paneer is the best!!!! If you like spinach. And maybe even if you don't.
