Cool youtube glitch

For the past couple of days, black areas on youtube videos have had a really neat blue and white pattern on them. Anyone else been seeing it? I hope it lasts.

I tried not to mention Tron because I love it so. I have lots of Tron memorabilia, and used to even have the full-size arcade game in my last apartment. It's truly a masterpiece.
