A little bigger than a snack, a little smaller than a lunch. This is wine country chicken salad and romaine on an english muffin with a yellow squash I grilled in a bit of butter with salt and pepper. I kept it small because I don't quite know what my plans are for the rest of the day and I may end up eating again soon.

I found these awesome plates on my building's free table the other day and finally washed them this morning. This is my first time using one.

One of the three heads of romaine in the bag was rotten. Luckily, it was contained to the inner portion.
