Oh, except I think it does mention that the markers are washable, and he doesn't mention that. But I'm not positive that it says that.

oh, that might be where suisei (水性) comes in. It translates to "water-based," but I wasn't sure if that meant washable or if it was to distinguish between a marker and a ball-point pen or something.
