oh, that might be where suisei (水性) comes in. It translates to "water-based," but I wasn't sure if that meant washable or if it was to distinguish between a marker and a ball-point pen or something.
ahahahahaah i just saw the katakana for pen and the no character so i just assumed it was talking about the blue marker =)) now im gonna be on the lookout for your translations!
