dinner, originally uploaded by christopher575.

Chicken korma and rice with mini sweet peppers, yellow squash, and frozen vegetables. Served with cottage cheese and a PBR because this is a classy joint.

How is PBR? I've considered buying some because it's what they drink in the movies.

It's cheap and light. Easy to drink if it's cold, but certainly not great. The appeal really is the price tag.

OMG! That looks great! At last a meal I can get behind! *drool*

Except the PBR. I would choose a reasonably priced Zinfandel.

I normally drink merlot or cabernet at home but in the stuffy warm weather I've been wanting something cold.

And I don't like white wine enough to drink that.

Despite the white meat, I think the spices would dictate a red wine anyway.

A cold beer with Indian food is a perfectly respectable choice; just not my cup of tea (to mix metaphors, or at least drinks).
