No it's a princess and a prince like in whatever movie that is where a princess ends up in the big city.

Amy Adams and James Marsden played the princess and prince (respectively) in that movie: Disney's Enchanted (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0461770/).

I had asked because I assumed Disaster Movie was about popular disaster movies (iunno, like Armageddon or something), and Enchanted isn't one such.

The girl doing a headspin in that picture is a parody of Juno. Lots of disastery things going on but certainly tons of other stuff being made fun of.
