Bellevue and Pine? I know someone who just had to move out of there because of it. BTW, my building on 14th and Mercer was just sold to a condo conversion group.
I'm sure the renters who are being kicked out to make room for richer people found them quite affordable. Also. the new residents won't like the neighborhood once they get here.
