oh man i hate twisty phone cords. the one at my desk gets that way, except that i am ocd so i unplug it and straighten it out every chance i get. about half the time when the phone rings i have to plug the cord in to answer the phone. but it's never as annoyingly twisty as yours looks! /insane.
ps. i love my job too, they just changed me from 30-35 hrs/wk to fulltime w/health&disability starting may 1!
Evil! There's a few at work like that, and I'm usually pulling the phone up with the receiver. I'm constantly having to unplug them and dangle the receiver to straighten them out.
