awesome. you're the only person i know who likes em that way, other than me and my brother who were raised on them. maybe my mom didn't know how to cook eggs and for some reason always served them (practically) burnt.

Two reasons:

1) I always add it to avocado/guacamole even if it won't be sitting around long to stop it from turning brown.

2) It's a flavor enhancer. Much like salt, it just adds a nice kick to things.
