Well, if you're really nice to me, I could probably do it for you. I just wish LJ didn't have such a strict size limit on animated user icons. Getting the file size down without ruining the animation is the hardest part.

Well now I really, really hate LJ's size limit... Ugh. Makes it really hard to get good animation. But here you go.... FWIW.
