Upper: cream cheese, fresh mint, one whole motherfuckin' avocado, lemon juice
Lower: italian cheese shreds, fried egg

The lower portion ended up being pretty bland so I added green Tobasco after two bites.

If I take a photo with the phone horizontally, sometimes it flips the image, and I wasn't in the mood to rotate it.

My yolks end up mostly hard. I break them when I flip the egg over.
