Cream cheese, mint, one whole motherfuckin' avocado, lemon juice.

Lately I feel uncomfortably full after I eat most meals. Hope I don't have a giant tumor in my stomach. Anyway, I figured I'd just eat one side today and see how it goes.

uncomfortable fullness is one of my classic lactose intolerance symptoms. you might consider keeping a log of how you feel after you eat (you're already logging the food itself, so why not? =) and look for patterns to identify a possible trigger food.
