It was! At first I reached for the red pepper flakes instead of the Sri Racha but then figured the flavor would be better using all sauces.

Everything is better with Cock Sauce.

This morning I had the Duck Jook at Samovar (http://samovarlife.com/) and asked for an extra bowl of Sri Racha. If one bowl makes it good... two makes it even better!
