I read a lot of web sites each day, and could easily set up a link blog to round up the best links I find. However, I've seen them come and go, and there are very few good ones that stay good. Those that are obviously take a lot of work (see Growabrain) and still don't seem like they'd be very rewarding. I typically do mail a few links a night to my good friend Shannon (not linking her just yet since I haven't asked) and figured that posting a few things I like as I run across them for my friends is probably the course of action most appropriate to my current level of interest. The next step up would be something I spend tons of time on with adsense ads hoping to CA$H IN, which would be fun, but I don't have the time or energy right now.

Some recent stuff:

OK Go on treadmills

Time Fountain

Penlight Animation

Why I wish I was in Berlin right now

Angle Dance, from Square One TV. Those of you who have danced with me will realize this video probably had a major effect on my developing mind.

My favorite statue (number 1 on the list)

I could go on and on, but this is a decent start.

Geez

Such a good reminder of you, to see you online. I feel quite smitten. The Treadmills video is brilliant. I was showing it to a friend last night!

Howdy yerself. Given St. Louis any thought? Traci is going on the megabus from Chicago for $2.50 round trip.

I have given it some thought. Am still thinking about it. Nothing is certain as of Sunday, 08/13/2006. Did you hear the world is supposed to end on Tuesday, Auguest 22nd? Google it yo. I'll write you more later when my mind is all in one place. *kisses in all the wrong places*

Luckily I will see Snakes on a Plane on the 20th. As long as I see that, it's OK if the world ends.

You're not only sexy, but clever too. Are you really going to see that movie? Can your LJ icon be any sexier? Shall I eat a pizza or leftovers? I'll have more questions later.

How's this icon? Rawr.

I've been looking forward to seeing SOAP for a while now, and am dragging [livejournal.com profile] badrobot68 with me. He's more interested in the hype surrounding the movie, I'm dying to see the movie itself.

You should probably eat the leftovers, unless it's something that ages well, like stew. If it is stew, save it for tomorrow and add a new vegetable.

Eating the leftovers currently. Skillet meal from a local Greek Family place. Good stuff. The other icon is sexier, but this one definitely does it for me as well. Mr. Alvin Zombi has an interesting profile. I must dig deeper at some point. No stew for me tonight. In fact, I got this skillet meal instead of a Gyro with fries because of it's re-heatable-ness. And it still tastes yummy.

You need to check out www.theotherfamily.com.

I am not a spammer. I am a real person from Los Angeles with some degrees of separation from you.

Nice. There are also some good ones once in a while at The Phat Phree (http://www.thephatphree.com/).
