There was a skink for sale in the exotic pet store in Mountain View a few months ago. The owner keeps it open late at night, because unlike most business owners around here, he realizes that a large portion of the people with money around here (i.e. techies) tend to stay up late and will shop late.
But anyway, this skink was beautiful & about 18-20" long, and had a beautiful blue tongue. He let me hold it. Awesome.
