Pizzas, originally uploaded by christopher575.

These were both made on spicy spinach crusts with four-cheese blend and some shaved parmesan. The one on the left has onions and shrimp, and the one on the right has kalamata olives and pepperoni.

They're good, but the crusts didn't bake up stiff enough.

I bought twelve eggs today only to come home and find they were frozen. Since I doubt eggs are good frozen, then thawed, I broke them all in the sink and melted them with hot water to wash them down the drain. That was a chore.

Sometimes you have to make a choice between getting dressed again, going back to the store, trying to get a few bucks back because you don't want any of the other frozen eggs, and coming back home, or just making some lunch because you're starving. I think I made the right choice.

Yes, should have tested. Maybe hard-boiled them? Coulda been fine for egg salad.

Even if they weren't any good to eat, take them back next time you're out.

And if not that, just toss the whole carton in the trash, instead of wasting water rinsing them down the sink.

We can't throw away stuff like eggs because our building has a compactor instead of a dumpster. Liquidy trash has to go down the toilet or the sink, otherwise the stuff oozes out and breaks the compactor. I've seen it, it's gross.

That sucks.

How does one get rid of something like cooking grease? Can't flush that or put it down sink.

I put mine in a coffee can. When that gets full I'll probably toss it into a trash can around the corner.

I would be tossing shit in trash cans all the time.

I'm too lazy to rinse liquidy stuff down the sink.
