Alleys aren't always dead ends. They occasionally feature chain link fences in the middle which the chasee can readily climb, while the chaser just looks at and then shoulders their weapon in their shoulder holster.

Average Joe owes a gang money. Gang members brandish weapons in Average Joe's face, Joe says something in his defense, gang members guffaw and cackle like hyenas at length until Joe nervously joins in the laughter, the gang members abruptly stop, reminded of the reason they are there, and make an ultimatum for Joe.

ooh, the school/final bell ringing is definitely a good one. i have always noticed and been annoyed that as the final bell rings, all the kids come streaming out. um, you cant leave your seat until the bell rings...
