So, they're moving to make way for condos? This is kind of a pisser for the established businesses that have to be displaced?

The block that includes Manray, Cha Cha, Bimbo's, Bus Stop, Kincora's, a nice convenience store, and a decent clothing boutique is being razed to make way for condos where rich people who won't even like this neighborhood will live. It's terrible.

What's manray doing?

I'm sure there will be that many people who need condos someday, but I'm thinking there's going to be a glut of empty condos for awhile.

I hope there's still a Seattle when I get over there. :(

Manray isn't going to move because they aren't in a position financially to do it. Some of the people involved may open a new place, though.
