A criminal wants out of the business but needs to pull of one last job in order to get out. It's the biggest and most complex job ever.

Cell phone vibrates itself off a table and smashes to bits when it hits the floor.

Space travelers in some form of hypersleep or hibernation awaken somewhere other than their intended destination. Several of them are often dead, including the captain or pilot.

Person falls out of frame in a painful-looking way and yells "I'm ok!"
