CORN - Clean Out Refrigerator Night

Garrett wasn't hungry for dinner because he was still full from the leftovers he ate from lunch. He offered me some chicken with grilled onions that was left over from his Indian lunch yesterday, so I mixed them with lettuce, cherub tomatoes, and basil dressing to make a salad. On the side I have peas and wheat toast with cream cheese and lime relish.
It was good, but I should have spiced the salad up a bit more.
