I took this picture because this douchetruck is parked completely in the bus
stop. I got bored with the idea of posting it, though, until the asshole
owner yelled out from the house behind me, "Hey! You takin a picture of mah
truck?" So I posted it after all. Fucker.

I'd imagine that the busdriver that comes along calls it in, even if you didn't.

Shitty possibility: dude is a metro driver, and much like cops cover for each other, metro drivers let each other slide on this kind of thing.
