English muffin with an egg, cheddar, and ham, served with a side of spinach and hummus.

I should make an instructional video for the sandwich, my microwave technique is rad.

I microwave my egg in a rice bowl (amazingly sized for english muffins) sprayed with PAM. I cook an egg on high for 30 seconds check it and the thirty seconds again. Super simple :)

Same here with the standard corningware cereal size bowl, but I never check, I just put it in for the whole minute. Today I took it out and threw the cheese on so it could start melting, then microwaved the ham on a saucer for 30 seconds and put it on the cheese so it would continue melting, then transferred all that to the english muffin.

Our toaster oven takes a while to toast stuff so I try to get things ready while I wait.
