It's a washed up actress played by a drag queen watching a tape of a movie she was in. You can see that she was terrible because of all the flubbed lines and awkward movement, and she fucked the word "astrophysicist" up so many times that they had to cut in with the only time she got it right.

It's from Girls Will be Girls, you should totally rent it.
