Tunisian meatballs
Peas with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper
Mashed potatoes with a hint of blue cheese (had some I needed to use or toss)

Garrett made the meatballs for work potluck and they are hella good.

It really is. You don't need much, either. There wasn't even a tablespoon added.

Yeah - blue cheese and Gorgonzola are both that way: a little bit is all that's needed, but damn it makes a difference.

Oh, yum. Are you eating this at work or at home? I ask because that's the kind of meal that ought to be eaten in one's underwear, IMHO.

I'm at home right now waiting for the Dish Network technician to come by sometime between noon and 5pm. Unfortunately, now that it's past noon, I am wearing clothes and shoes. Up until just before noon, I was wearing a t-shirt, PJs, and duck slippers.
