One time I had a couple of huge zits on my scalp and went skating in the sun for a few hours. My whole scalp got sunburned and those zits became giant holes that took forever to heal up.
If that doesn't really count, I guess the second worst was when I was on the trail and this asshole fuckwad yuppie family of four was coming at me, and their stupid daughter veered into my lane coming at me. I ended up in the gravel next to the trail with shredded palms.
