When I first saw them, I thought that the high-handled sides were such a great idea. I think it's all cute, and will consider it when I need new bakeware.
Hmmm, I've never poached eggs using ring molds, like you, I do the swirling water bath method. But, you could also use the ramekins to bake your eggs. That's yummers too. OMG! So much fun. I love cooking and I'm glad you're really exploring it.
I've been frustrated with the water method because of how spread out they get and stuff so I went on YouTube looking for a better way. The ring mold just looked so easy!
Definitely want to do stuff like baked eggs in grits.
It's funny, I watch and re-watch episodes of 5 Ingredient Fix and Ask Aida all the time. I don't mind re-watching because it's not like I make everything I see and re-watching will just make it easier to make them.
