I made pretty food today

christopher575I wanted to try out the ring molds I got, so first I used one to make the easiest and most perfectly-formed poached egg I've ever made. Then I made an egg in a basket.
Not wanting to waste the rest of the bread, I toasted it and added a little bit of cream cheese, Sri Racha, and a pickled pepper ring. I'd like to figure out something to do with it that looks like an egg, I think that'd be a cute presentation.
