Forgot to post this last night. Falafel burgers with tzatziki and cucumbers on teleras, seasoned fries.

I could have done a lot of things differently. I should have toasted the bread, there should have been less cucumber in the tzatziki, the falafel should have sat longer before being made into patties, and the patties should have baked longer or even fried. Oh well.

Cut 'em into thin rectangles instead of circles (like the sandwich stackers pickles) so they stay on better.

Oh I also forgot to say that I would have loved some juicy tomatoes on this. It was a very dry sandwich and they would have helped a lot.
