Huge new vietnamese restaurant I found downtown. Same owners and food as New Vietnamese on 3rd between Pike and Pine.

EDIT TO ADD:
You can tell they are a new restaurant and really want to make a good impression. My food didn't take that long but I was apologized to several times and offered free drinks. Seriously, it was only about 8 minutes.

ANOTHER EDIT, I FORGOT:
Look at the cute way they handled these areas of the wall that stick out. Little one-tops scattered throughout the place.

A pear fell out of my desk's cabinet when I went to grab my jacket. I came back to find that my coworker put up a nice warning sign. I should need to be more careful.
