Exciting update

My back got better for a while, but now it's getting worse. It didn't give out completely all at once like it did last time, but right now it hurts a little bit, all the time. Doesn't really matter if I sit, stand, or lay down. Stretching only provides momentary relief.

I've got an appointment on Thursday at the spine clinic.
