Garrett really loved my garlic toast the other night, and I was sad I couldn't make more because I was out of frozen roasted garlic. I decided to make a large batch today, and instead of roasting it in oil, I used chicken stock in foil packets. Now I have a nice full baggie of roasted garlic in the freezer.
