It's got:
- rotini
- one packet of tuna in green curry sauce
- one single-serving container of plain greek yogurt
- artichoke hearts
- shredded carrots
- onions
- a little mayo
- salt and pepper

If I were to make it again, I'd use two packets of the tuna for more kick and meat. I just found it for the first time at Trader Joe's and I hope they have it forever and ever.

I also feel the need to mention that the artichoke hearts are not marinated. Seems like those are the most common, but the ones I used are frozen plain ones.

Don't fall in love with anything at Trader Joe's. Anything that's good, they stop selling.

I should buy like 15 at once so I get sick of them.

think this could work with TJ's wasabi mayo instead of plain? Maybe if one only has plain tuna instead of green curry?
