Week 8, no repeat t-shirt weeks
Dec. 11th, 2021 04:50 amIf I'd posted yesterday, I could have said this post features my newest shirt. String Cheese from toast-part-two got here in November, but I stopped by the tattoo shop to buy a shirt last night on our way to a board meeting dinner. I'll mention it when I show that one.
It's not even by one of the artists I've worked with, but rather by the one I currently want to work with most. I was waiting for his books to open when I lost my last job, and of course they finally did a week or so later. His style is exactly right for a big one I want on my torso, plus a sleeve for my entire right leg.
This post also features an old t-shirt by an old friend. Everyone who saw "I see goth people" by cattycritic at work and on Instagram absolutely loved it, and my boss lamented that she hasn't seen any goths since she moved from San Francisco to Sydney.

I'm excited to report I don't have a full work week left this year. We didn't think ahead of time to plan our favorite New Year tradition of a trip to Coupeville for the prix fixe dinner at Oystercatcher, but it worked out better anyway. I'll do my workday early on Thursday and take Friday off so we can head over for three nights, and dinner will better in a way. Garrett contacted the restaurant to ensure we can have dinner there Friday and it won't include any of the stuff he's allergic to.
After we get back, I work the 20th to the 23rd, and then I'm off until January 4th! This is the first year my company's giving everyone but the product support staff the time off so I guess I joined at just the right time.
