Enough with the greedflation

I've been recommending Wrightsock for walking for over ten years because using them was the only way I could walk more than a few miles without getting blisters. Unfortunately, they're now the Philadelphia cream cheese of socks, having increased their price from $6.84 a pair in 2013 ($27.36 for a 4-pack) to SIXTEEN DOLLARS a pair today. And they don't make it obvious, either; the listings don't explicitly state that it's for just one pair.
Well folks, I've had it. I found a new brand of anti-blister socks called TANSTC that's only $17.99 for a six pack! Will they work as well? I may never be able to say now that I only walk on weekends. But they definitely look like they'll last longer. And at $3/pair instead of $16, I'm sure they'll be just fine.
