About #1, I totally get you. I took KC to the daycare for the afternoon when he was four for the Christmas party. He was all excited for 'Cake party!' when we got there, the daycare worker thought it would be funny to tell him there was no cake. He started bawling and was inconsolable.

I told her she was a bitch. She complained to the daycare director. I stood by my assessment. What kind of soulless beast fucks with a four year old disabled kid? Jesus.
