Can't start a fire without a spark

I'm one of the first people who gets to the office, and oftentimes a lot of the lights are off until whatever time they come on automatically, but there are overrides all over the place. I went to the restroom and noticed I'd have to flip the overrides because the hallway lights outside of it were off. I figured I'd be the first person in there for the day. Nope. There was a dude in there who, up until I flipped the switches a few seconds earlier, was brushing his teeth in the dark. Huh.

Odd. I used to work in a building that was timed and motion controlled. Really creepy after 6pm in the winter but never had to brush my teeth in the dark!
