I really don't mind that we don't have jetpacks and flying cars. I'm annoyed that we still use keys, though. Keys are annoying.

A lot of new cars now have keyless entry and keyless ignitions (and I think you can sometimes modify older cars for the same thing). I think there are also options for normal doors as well! Of course, they are probably expensive.

I'm well aware that keyless entry systems are available for all sorts of things. What I wish is that they were universally adopted by now.

In my fantasy world there would be nice battery backups and also the ability to get out manually. We don't need keys to get out now.

Whenever I think of keyless entry I automatically add a lack of touch to any surface. Automatic doors in every sense, no handles. I guess that's my own thing there.
