Here is one I keep seeing: Someone realizes they are in love with a person they have known for a long time. Other person is also ALWAYS in love with them, too. But both of them were always too shy or dumb to realize it or say anything. :p
The one I love? Semi runs over a protagonist person or car, or almost hits them, or side-swipes them. KEEPS DRIVING (usually while blowing their horn).
