For the beef? It's a seasoning packet that you mix with water and soy sauce, then you brown the meat in oil, add the veggies and stir fry until they soften a bit, then add the sauce and cook it all together. Pretty decent.

i should try it. i am lacking in ambition when it comes to cooking lately. i just heated up some Bertolli-in-a-bag for dinner :P
