I'm glad you asked, because it turned out really good! I cooked a packet of ramen without the flavor packet, rinsed it under cold water, and set it aside. Then I made a dressing out of mayo, soy sauce, Sri Racha, and rice vinegar. I used a peeler to make celery ribbons and also cut up the greens from the tops of the stalks, and a few radishes. Last but not least, a little bit of five spice. Mixed that all together and tossed in the noodles.
