I think he's straight. He makes jokes about being gay all the time, guessing that your BF can't imagine a straight guy would do that.

well he doesn't really like him and doesn't appreciate his humor. i did see him live before he became OMGFAMOUS and he's hilarious.

I think the Situation is gayer than Tosh.
