The outer two tacko's are the typical ones I always make and have probably described many times. The middle one is buffalo chicken. Beans and rice get boring, so I added a side of sweet potato tater tots. The avocado was served on the side since the tacko's were getting kinda full.

The dive bar we go to on Saturdays has them on their permanent menu, and we get them a lot. They deep-fry them to perfection, but I'm never going to have a deep fryer at home.

i have this problem with tots too. i think it has to do with baking them and not frying them like other people mentioned.
