At first I was like, I rarely get sick, so how do I know if I'm taking the right course of action to get better as quickly as possible? But then I realized, what do people who are sick all the time know about getting and staying well?

I fully recommend a quarter clove of fresh garlic every day (before the morning teeth brushing).

I rarely get sick, and when I do it's because I have nasty co-workers who want to rub all over me when they have the plague.
