It would be done now but something is non-standard and the guy is at the neighborhood hardware store looking for parts. Hopefully they have it and he'll be right back, rush hour is starting and it'd take him a while to get anywhere else.
Funny enough, when we have to get non standard things for the house, it's faster to order it myself through amazon prime (not to mention cheaper) than it is to let contractors get it by themselves, lol
