I think a lot of it is the botox and possible other work she's had done. When you're that young and get surgery on your face, it is SO noticeable. And such a shame. :/

I don't think she will. She seems FAR more sane and stable. Also, her parents aren't creepy like Lohan's parents. I blame most of Lohan's issues on her parents. They are awful.
