I decided I'd like to do a there-and-back walk on Fridays and
Saturdays if possible. Today was pretty brutal. I got pretty wet, and
had an extra shirt on so I got way too warm on the way back up. Oy.

Pretty much the only reason I've been able to integrate it into my routine is that it's part of my Monday-Thursday commute. It's really easy for me to just get up and go when it's the start of the day and there's nothing that's happened to distract me.
