We had a training in Seattle today, so I didn't have to worry about my normal morning routine. I decided to go for a shorter route that's actually much more difficult because of having to climb hills. Big, steep hills. That whole last part was very miserable. At least I was walking in the rain, so I wasn't overheating. The weird red part is where I thought I found a cool route out of the arboretum, but it was just a dead end and I had to turn back. In addition to this, I walked a mile down to our training, that time with my laptop. That was fine, but I'm still trying to decide if I want to do my current normal morning route while carrying the laptop or not. I think I will, but am prepared for the possibility that I might be a little sore afterward.
Oh yeah, another thing today, I was breaking in a new pair of shoes. Delightful.
